-Do not go all the way to the boarding platforms looking for your shuttle. Follow meeting point instructions (above).
-If other people in your group are arriving on a different flights, please provide their flight information so that we can monitor their flight and give you specific meeting point instructions (there are 4 terminals at Cancun Airport and not all flights land on the same terminal).
