°Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable.

°Minimum driving age required: 16 years old (Must be accompanied by an adult)
°You can present either a printed or an electronic voucher for this activity
°We recommend you bring your own towel and dry clothes
°No pregnant women allowed
°This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per Jetski prior to boarding, payable in cash for use of marine natural elements (Art. 198 of the Act Federal rights)
°All customers must present a credit card and I.D. matching the credit card holder at the moment of check-in
°Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other illicit substance are not allowed to participate in the tour and will not be able to get a refund.
°Cell phones, cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed during the activity for security reasons.
