If your service is from the Cancun International Airport to hotels, we have a very benevolent waiting time of two hours after the plane has landed.
If your service is from a hotel to the airport, our units will always be on time for you and we have a waiting time of 20 minutes.
We offer you private transportation from to and from any hotel or private address in downtown Cancun, Cancun Hotel Zone and Moon Palace

Once we have confirmed your reservation you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your trip. We will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel at the specified time in the vehicle of your choice. Please make sure you are on time as we have a 20-minute allowance.
Your driver will offer you access to free wifi and amenities. There is only one highway from Cancun to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport your driver will take you to the terminal of your airline and will park in front of the departure area.
Although the driver checks the vehicle for forgotten objects please take the time to make sure you leave nothing behind
