Qué esperar
1.-Before you book make sure that you choose the correct option where your hotel is located since there are different hotel zones like hotel strip, costa mujeres, puerto morelos, playa del carmen and tulum.
2.- once you have arrived and gone trough migration and customes take the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo,
3.-if you booked shared transportation our staff will assign you a vehicle, the waiting time from the time that you meet our staff until you leave Cancun airport is 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
4.- Our shared transportation is only included from 9 am and our last shuttle leaves the Cancun airport at 5 pm sharp.
